My entire career is centered around retail included merchandising, purchasing, inventory and management.  I am very customer centric.  Everything I do is with the customer in mind.  My ultimate goal is to ensure the customer experience is positive. Everything from inventory organization, pricing, product display and every level of service affects how the customer views the company and whether or not they will return.  I enjoy the balance of customer relations and company profitability.  They truly go hand in hand!
